Privacy Policy

This English version summarizes the German privacy policy for international readers. The German version remains the primary legal text.

1. Controller

The controller is the operator named in the imprint.

2. Hosting and delivery

Utildesk is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Pages Functions. Cloudflare may process technically necessary access data such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, HTTP status, timestamp and security events to provide, protect and accelerate the website.

3. Logs, cookies and local storage

The public site does not use marketing cookies. The theme preference is stored locally in your browser under utildesk-theme. The protected Ratgeber review area may set a strictly necessary session cookie named utildesk_ratgeber_review.

4. Analytics

Utildesk uses privacy-friendly analytics with Umami on stats.utildesk.de. The integration is used to understand page usage and improve the site. It does not rely on advertising profiles across websites.

5. External resources and affiliate links

The site may load Google Fonts, favicons, logos or other technical resources from third-party providers. Tool entries can also contain affiliate or referral links. If you follow such a link, the external provider processes the request under its own privacy policy.

6. Machine-readable endpoints

Utildesk provides feeds, JSON APIs, Markdown mirrors and llms.txt manifests. These endpoints create the same technical access data as regular page views. Internal endpoints can be delivered with X-Robots-Tag: noindex.

7. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated when the website, infrastructure or legal requirements change.
